FinTech / LegalTech — Cross‑border incorporation and startup enablement services providing end‑to‑end US-India incorporation, compliance handoffs, and founder onboarding for high‑growth startups. This role sits at the intersection

Location:

Bangalore, Karnataka, India — Full‑time, in‑office (Shift: 3pm-12am IST). Reports to the CEO; incub-stage project with rapid scaling and high volume expected.Role & Responsibilities
  • Own partner relationships with Stripe Atlas and Clerky—serve as primary contact for product queries, escalations, and joint workflow improvements.
  • Operate and optimise end‑to‑end US and India incorporation pipelines: intake ➜ document execution ➜ filings ➜ client onboarding and handoff to Tax & Books.
  • Drive commercial growth: generate leads, run demos, close customers, and meet aggressive incorporation targets with weekly reporting to leadership.
  • Coordinate with India CAs, lawyers, and platform vendors to resolve legal and compliance questions and refine documentation templates.
  • Build and maintain operational tooling—dashboards, SLAs, ticket flows, feedback loops, and automation to scale throughput and reduce TAT.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a cross‑functional delivery team as demand scales; document playbooks and standard operating procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

Must‑Have

  • Hands‑on experience with Stripe Atlas
  • Hands‑on experience with Clerky
  • Practical knowledge of Delaware C‑Corp incorporation processes
  • Company secretarial workflows and filings
  • Document review and contract redlining
  • CRM usage for lead management and pipeline tracking

Preferred

  • Experience with eSignature platforms (DocuSign or similar)
  • Familiarity with automations (Zapier, Airtable) and dashboarding (Google Sheets, Looker Studio)
  • Experience with support/ticketing tools (Intercom, Zendesk) or HubSpot CRM

Qualifications & Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years in company secretarial, law firm, B2B SaaS operations, or incorporation service delivery (startups preferred).
  • Exceptionally high attention to detail—comfortable reviewing legal documents and managing multi‑step checklists.
  • Proactive self‑starter mindset with strong ownership; able to operate with minimal supervision in a fast‑moving incubator.
  • Strong English (written & spoken) and ability to communicate across timezones and cultures.
  • Able to work the in‑office shift 3pm-12am IST and collaborate closely with US‑based partners.
