Job Description

A high-growth fintech & legal-ops initiative operating at the intersection of cross-border company formation, payments, and startup services. We provide US-India incorporation and post-incorporation support for founders using integrated SaaS workflows and strategic partnerships with Stripe Atlas and Clerky.This is a founder-backed, CEO-incubated program scaling fast: you will own product-to-market execution, partner relationships, sales growth, and operational excellence from day zero. The role is office-based in Bangalore (shift: 3pm-midnight IST).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end incorporation product delivery: manage partner handoffs (Stripe Atlas, Clerky), legal checklist execution, and founder onboarding to completion.
  • Improve and productise incorporation workflows—review legal documents, streamline SaaS forms, and tighten step-by-step operational SOPs.
  • Drive growth: build lead channels, run demos, close deals, and hit time-bound targets (e.g., scale to 500 incorporations); report progress weekly to the CEO.
  • Operate as primary partner contact—triage queries, coordinate feature/flow changes, and translate partner requirements into internal tasks.
  • Design and maintain dashboards for pipeline, client status, SLA adherence, and handoffs into tax & books services; implement feedback loops and escalation matrices.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a cross-functional team as demand scales—handover operations while maintaining high service quality.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • 1-3 years relevant experience—company secretarial, law-firm support, operations at a B2B SaaS or startup-focussed services team.
  • Practical knowledge of US and India incorporation processes and legal documentation; high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills in English, proven partner or client management experience, and comfort working 3pm-midnight IST in-office.

Preferred

  • Experience with Stripe Atlas / Clerky / cross-border incorporation products or payments integrations.
  • Hands-on with CRM/SaaS platforms, dashboards, automation tools and AI productivity tooling to speed execution.
  • Prior track record of meeting quantifiable growth targets and building teams to scale operations.
