Your role as an Inside Sales Manager at Hyve entails various responsibilities to drive the sales team towards achieving both individual and collective sales targets. Your key duties will revolve around team leadership, devising sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, monitoring performance metrics, conducting training sessions, optimizing processes, fostering collaboration across departments, enhancing customer engagement, ensuring quota achievement, and staying updated on market trends and customer needs. To measure the success of your performance, you will be evaluated based on key performance indicators such as team revenue generated versus the target, lead conversion rates, customer acquisition and retention rates, team performance metrics like call volume and email response rates, as well as the health of the sales pipeline and the accuracy of forecasts. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with a solid background of 3 to 6 years in inside sales, including at least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership position. Additionally, you should possess a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, strong leadership skills, effective communication and negotiation abilities, proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, analytical thinking, excellent organization, and project management skills, as well as a self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
