Factory HR Executive (Garment)

As an HR Executive at Hyve, a leading apparel brand in India, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with factory employees. With 2-3 years of experience in the garment industry, you will focus on addressing employee grievances, maintaining a harmonious work environment, and proactively resolving workplace issues. Your key responsibilities will include building rapport with factory employees, handling grievance efficiently, managing entry and exit formalities, organizing training sessions for skill enhancement, implementing performance management systems, overseeing attendance tracking and leave management, coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, mediating conflicts among employees, ensuring employee welfare, and maintaining compliance with labor laws and company HR policies. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of HR experience in the garment or manufacturing industry with a focus on employee relations. This is a full-time position based in Kinfra Apparel Park, Trivandrum, requiring you to work on-site during day shifts.
