Inbound Sales Executive

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for managing leads, engaging with potential customers, and converting qualified leads into sales opportunities. Your primary focus will be on handling inbound sales inquiries from various channels such as the company website, social media, and email campaigns. You will engage with potential customers to understand their needs, provide detailed product information, and address any questions or concerns they may have. By guiding customers through the sales process and offering tailored solutions, you will aim to convert leads into successful sales opportunities. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in the CRM system will be a crucial part of your role. It is essential to ensure that all information is up-to-date and properly documented for future reference and analysis. Additionally, conducting timely follow-ups with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential customers. Collaborating closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives will also be essential for success. Your performance will be measured based on your ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Head of Sales. Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in using CRM software and MS Excel are required. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team, with a customer-focused mindset and a strong desire to meet and exceed customer expectations. Additionally, strong persuasive skills and the ability to work effectively in dynamic environments will be beneficial for this role.,
