Role Overview:

We are hiring experienced professionals for a Voice Inbound role with Unity Small Finance Bank. This is a customer service position within the banking and financial services (BFSI) domain

Key Requirements:

Minimum 12 months of experience in customer service within Banking, BPO, or BFSI sectors
Must be a graduate in any discipline
Strong communication skills with a Versant level 5 score
Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Salary:

Up to 32,000 CTC
