The role will focus on building institutional relationships, engaging key stakeholders across the higher education landscape, supporting prospective applicants, and increasing awareness of services aligned with U.S. higher education admissions and academic processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong sector knowledge, excellent relationship-building skills, and a genuine interest in advancing international education pathways.

Build and nurture relationships with universities, colleges, education service providers, and relevant stakeholders across India.
Engage with education consultants and institutional partners to strengthen awareness and understanding of U.S. higher education–related services.
Represent the organization at academic events, conferences, exhibitions, and recruitment forums across India.
Identify new partnership opportunities that align with the partner’s objectives within the U.S. higher education landscape.
Proactively engage with prospective applicants through multiple communication channels to build awareness and interest.
Provide clear, accurate guidance to applicants navigating U.S. higher education–related academic and admissions processes, including documentation requirements and timelines.
Work closely with the U.S.-based partner and Zista leadership to ensure a smooth, professional, and responsive applicant experience.
Maintain accurate records of applicant interactions and engagement to support continuous improvement of outreach strategies.
Support the planning and execution of digital outreach and communication initiatives tailored to the Indian market.
Ensure all messaging and materials are aligned with the partner’s positioning within U.S. higher education and reflect consistent brand standards.
Share market insights, trends, and feedback from the Indian higher education ecosystem to inform strategy and communication efforts.
Provide regular updates to leadership on outreach activities, partnerships, and market developments.
Track performance against defined KPIs and recommend strategic adjustments based on data and market feedback.
Contribute ideas and solutions to strengthen visibility, engagement, and overall effectiveness in the Indian market.
Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
4–5 years of experience within higher education, international education, student recruitment, or related sectors in India.
Demonstrated experience building and managing relationships with universities, consultants, or education stakeholders.
Familiarity with U.S. higher education systems, admissions processes, or international academic services is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
Excellent organizational and project-management abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and engagement data.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
High standards of professionalism, ethics, confidentiality, and integrity.
