Import Export Executive

Key responsibilities:

• Handle

  documentation

  for both import and export shipments (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, etc.)
• Oversee

  entire operations

  including order processing, shipment scheduling, and coordination with shipping lines, CHA, and transporters
• Manage

  vessel coordination

  – booking, tracking, and ensuring timely vessel connections and sailing updates
• Liaise with

  freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and transport agencies

  for smooth and timely shipment of goods
• Ensure

  customs clearance

  and compliance with all relevant government regulations and documentation procedures
• Maintain and update

  records of all import/export transactions

  in internal systems
• Resolve issues related to

  shipment delays, documentation errors, or compliance discrepancies

• Ensure all operations comply with

  international trade laws, Incoterms, and customs requirements

• Coordinate with internal departments such as

  procurement, accounts, logistics, and sales

  for shipment planning and documentation flow
• Support in obtaining

  licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals

  as needed

Key Requirements:

• 1 year of hands-on experience in

  import-export operations, documentation, and vessel coordination

• Strong knowledge of

  Incoterms, shipping procedures, and customs compliance

• Proficient in

  MS Office and ERP systems

• Excellent

  organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

• Ability to

  handle multiple shipments simultaneously

  and meet strict timelines
