Import-Export Document Specialist We seek an experienced Import-Export Document Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage various documentation processes and deeply understand pre-shipment and post-shipment procedures, particularly within the Indian and UAE markets. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently handle pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation for import and export operations. Liaise with customs, DGFT, and banks to ensure smooth transaction flows. Manage applications for Advance Licenses, EPCG, and MEIS schemes to optimise trade benefits. Should prepare all documents Starting from PO, SO, BL, And all Export / Import documentation. Work closely with suppliers to oversee cargo inspections before dispatch and maintain transparent communication with buyers. Ensure proper cargo fumigation and obtain necessary GSP certificates to meet international standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of import-export policies and FEMA regulations to ensure compliance. Oversee documentation submission and maintain effective coordination with banks for financial transactions. Qualifications: Proven experience in import-export documentation and liaison activities. Strong understanding of international trade regulations and financial practices. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
