Import-Export Document Specialist

We seek an experienced Import-Export Document Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will manage various documentation processes and deeply understand pre-shipment and post-shipment procedures, particularly within the Indian and UAE markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle 

  pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation

   for import and export operations.
• Liaise with 

  customs, DGFT, and banks

   to ensure smooth transaction flows.
• Manage applications for 

  Advance Licenses, EPCG, and MEIS

   schemes to optimise trade benefits.
• Should prepare all documents Starting from

  PO, SO, BL, And all Export / Import documentation.

• Work closely with suppliers to oversee 

  cargo inspections

   before dispatch and maintain transparent communication with buyers.
• Ensure proper 

  cargo fumigation

   and obtain necessary 

  GSP certificates

   to meet international standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of 

  import-export policies

   and 

  FEMA regulations

   to ensure compliance.
• Oversee 

  documentation submission

   and maintain effective coordination with banks for financial transactions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in import-export documentation and liaison activities.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and financial practices.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in English and relevant local languages.
