🔹 Key Responsibilities

Export Operations

• Prepare accurate export documentation:

  Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL/AWB

  , and regulatory documents.
• Coordinate with

  CHA, freight forwarders, customs officials

  , and transporters for timely export clearance.
• Manage documentation required for

  medical device exports

  , including HS codes, product classification, sterilization certificates, and regulatory compliance.
• Handle orders for

  distributors, hospitals, international buyers

  , ensuring correct labeling, packaging, and batch traceability.
• File

  Shipping Bills

  , track shipments, and maintain export MIS reports.

Import Operations

• Handle import documentation for

  machines, molds, components, and raw materials

  used in medical device manufacturing.
• Support customs clearance, duty calculations, and coordination with CHA.
• Maintain compliance for imported items such as

  HSN verification, regulatory guidelines

  , and vendor documentation.

Communication & Coordination

• Coordinate with

  production, purchase, accounts, and QA/RA departments

  to support export readiness.
• Communicate with international clients for shipment updates, documentation requirements, and order follow-up.
• Maintain professional and timely email communication.

🔹 Candidate Requirements

• Experience:

  2 to 4 years

  in Export–Import operations.
• Strong knowledge of

  HS codes, customs procedures, freight booking, LC documentation

  , and export–import regulations.
• Proficient in

  MS Excel, ERP systems

  , and online portals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.

🔹 Salary Range

₹25,000 to ₹35,000 CTC per month

(Salary will be based on experience and skill set.)
