Import Export Executive

• Should have hands on experience in preparing Import / Export documentations
• Preparing and checking pre and post shipment documents,
• Co-ordinations with the CHA for smooth shipments
• Responsible for all transactions related to imports and exports of product lines of the company
• Coordinating with factory for material dispatch
• Coordinated with CHA for DO, BL Instructions & to release Bill of Lading
• Knowledge of prepare pre-shipment documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures.
• Maintain export and import documents files
• Maintain export import data for Bank and Forex related
• Maintain export import register in excel format
• Maintain customer wise details of pending payment and export data
• Communication with factory with regard to queries related to pre-shipment documents (Export Invoice, weight confirmation, Bill of Draft, MSDS, Document error or for getting revised documents)
• Prepare, process and maintain below pre-shipment documents for exports;
• Prepare and submit documents like Dangerous Goods Declaration, Hazardous Cargo related letters to CHA for custom clearance
• Ensure Bill of Lading is received from the freight forwarders on time
• Prepare and maintain report on export shipment and payment details in excel and manual register
• Courier tracking on Website
• Preparation of post-shipment documents in absence of team member
• Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned

Qualification : Graduate in Any Stream

Experience : 1 to 2 years

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
