Admin Executive

• Manage office supplies stock and place orders
• Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets and submitting the bills to accounts team for further payment process.
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents like Factory Licenses, MPCB etc.
• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
• Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
• Arrange travel and accommodations
• Organizing administrative and logistical aspects of office activities. Payment of utility bills on monthly basis
• Updating policies and procedures as required.
• Maintain all the Admin documentation and ensure contracts.
• Creating, updating, and maintaining records and databases of workers on boarding. Recruitment process to be completed for new joinees.
• Other additional, finance and communications tasks, as requested.
• Supervising house keeping.
• Maintain attendance of workers as per payroll through biometric and manually.
• Data maintenance of salary records as per policy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
