Import & Export 1. Coordinate with the Freight Forwarder. 2. Follow up and report the import schedule of goods, and check documents related to the importation of goods. 3. Prepare documents for submitting to related authorities. 4. Check and confirm the import entry. 5. Calculate and verify the cost of import entry. 6. Plan the cart schedule for picking up the goods from the port. 7. Record and report information about importing goods. 8. Other tasks related to the importation of goods. Domestic sales 1. Make quotations and send to customers. 2. Receive orders from customers and prepare the purchase order (PO). 3. Check the forecast and handle the stock so as not to affect the customer's production plan. 4. Confirm delivery of goods to customers. 5. Issuing invoices and other documents for domestic sales. 6.
