Role Overview We are looking for a qualified and motivated Hydraulic Engineer to join our on-site team in Gurugram . The role involves the design, analysis, and implementation of hydraulic systems, with a focus on water infrastructure and resource management. You will be involved in building and testing physical systems, conducting technical evaluations, and contributing to the delivery of reliable and efficient water engineering solutions. Collaboration with mechanical, civil, and project teams will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Design and develop hydraulic systems and components for water-related infrastructure and testing applications Analyze system performance and optimize flow, pressure, and mechanical configurations Contribute to site-based activities, including system installations, evaluations, and performance monitoring Conduct hydrological and hydraulic modeling where required Ensure all designs comply with applicable standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 4064, IS 779) Prepare technical documentation, design reports, and support project execution Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate resources and timelines Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hydraulic Engineering , Mechanical Engineering , Civil Engineering , or a related field 2+ years of experience in designing and managing hydraulic or water systems Familiarity with hydraulic modeling tools , CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD , SolidWorks ), and technical drawing standards Knowledge of industry standards and codes such as ISO 4064 , IS 2373 , IS 6784 , or equivalent Strong problem-solving skills and a practical approach to engineering challenges Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Experience in project coordination or field deployment is an added advantage Show more Show less
