Hydraulic Engineer

You will be joining our on-site team in Gurugram as a Hydraulic Engineer. Your main responsibilities will include designing, analyzing, and implementing hydraulic systems, specifically focusing on water infrastructure and resource management. This role will involve building and testing physical systems, conducting technical evaluations, and contributing to the delivery of reliable and efficient water engineering solutions. Collaboration with mechanical, civil, and project teams will be essential for the successful execution of your responsibilities. Your key responsibilities will include designing and developing hydraulic systems and components for water-related infrastructure and testing applications. You will be responsible for analyzing system performance to optimize flow, pressure, and mechanical configurations. Furthermore, you will contribute to site-based activities such as system installations, evaluations, and performance monitoring. Conducting hydrological and hydraulic modeling when necessary and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations are also part of your duties. Additionally, you will be preparing technical documentation, design reports, and supporting project execution. Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate resources and timelines will be crucial for the effective completion of projects. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Hydraulic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in designing and managing hydraulic or water systems is required. Familiarity with hydraulic modeling tools, CAD software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks), and technical drawing standards is essential. Knowledge of industry standards and codes like ISO 4064, IS 2373, IS 6784, or equivalent is necessary. Strong problem-solving skills, practical engineering approaches, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team are also important. Experience in project coordination or field deployment would be an added advantage.,
