Job Over-view - The Account Executive will be responsible for managing all day-to-day accounting, billing, and financial coordination activities at the BOO model plant. The role involves accurate preparation of bills and claims to the partner plant, ensuring compliance with financial controls, timely vendor payments, expense tracking, and coordination with the Head Office for financial reporting and audits. Billing & Claim Management Prepare and submit monthly/periodic bills to the partner plant in line with the BOO agreement and operational data. Verify operational inputs (production, manpower, utilities, and consumables) before generating claims. Ensure accurate supporting documentation for all invoices and claims submitted to the partner plant. Follow up for timely approval and payment realization from the partner plant. Accounts & Bookkeeping Maintain day-to-day accounts including entries for expenses, purchases, and payments in ERP/SAP. Reconcile accounts payable/receivable and ensure ledgers are up to date. Manage petty cash, imprest, and ensure proper accounting of all cash/bank transactions. Coordination & Compliance Liaise with Head Office for vendor payment processing, fund requests, and financial reporting. Support monthly and annual financial closure activities including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and other financial regulations. Assist in internal/external audits by providing required records and clarifications. MIS & Reporting Prepare monthly financial summaries, plant expenditure reports, and billing status statements. Track operational cost trends and highlight deviations from the approved budget. Support management in preparation of cost analysis and profitability reports. Vendor & Asset Management Verify vendor bills, coordinate for approvals, and ensure timely processing. Com / MBA (Finance) Experience: 1–3 years of experience in plant accounts, preferably in manufacturing. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and billing procedures.
