Job Description

Job Title –

Job Purpose

To ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of centralized air-conditioning systems and room AC units to provide a safe and comfortable working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain centralized AC systems (chillers, AHUs, ducting, VRF/VRV systems).
Service and repair room air conditioners (split AC, window AC, cassette units, etc.).
Conduct routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Diagnose faults, replace defective components, and ensure timely resolution of breakdowns.
Monitor and maintain gas charging, compressor performance, and refrigeration cycle.
Maintain records of maintenance, service schedules, and spare parts usage.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance with company policies during all activities.
Provide technical support during new installations and modifications.
Coordinate with vendors/contractors when required for major repairs.

Qualifications & Skills

ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in handling both centralized and room AC systems.
