About Human Resources:

The HR department handles a range of different functionswithin an organization like hiring and recruiting, training and development, compensation, developing and overseeing employee benefits, promoting employeecareer development and addressing current employee concerns The HR Departmentis responsible for finding talented manpower and placing them in right jobs inthe Bank

About the Role:

The primary responsibility would be to conduct online (VILT)and classroom Functional & Behavioural Training programs for Businessverticals assigned through designated trainers or vendors

Coordinating andfacilitating programs across respective circles for employees posted therePlanning and implementing new programs as per emerging requirements Inaddition to this, there would be other functions such as managing/conductingCentral Office driven programs, overall supervision of the programs, managingthe logistical requirements, ensuring timely MIS submission, contributing tocontent development for question banks and e-learning modules, continuousupdating of learner/facilitator guides etc

Connecting & following up with businessand participants/absentees for attending the training programme and resolvingqueries /Track Follow up for attendance to ensure that all eligible staffcomplete the mandatory training (VILT+ELT) within the timeline

Provide a monthly Learning Data &Dashboard of the programs conducted by facilitator within timelines Createdaily MIS & dashboard for CO & region driven program and share with allregions for follow-ups Creating employee wise masterdata / RegionalMIS / Dashboards / Presentations for regular follow-ups and meetingswith business & HR stake holders

Ensuring identification of new joinees, and 100% invitation coverage of the new joinees in mandatory induction programsas per their role Sending training invites at least 15 days prior to theprogram

Handling queries from business andaudit team on learning data and keeping Records of all Traning programsconducted in FY by facilitator

Ensuring All Invoices forTrainings conducted in hotels by facilitator are processed within TAT

Qualifications:

MBA / Postgraduate in HR or relevantfield (Preferable) from a recognized institute
