Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Noida, Sector 125 (Nearest Metro: Okhla Bird Sanctuary)

Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)

Industry Preference: Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing,

and onboarding.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for various real estate roles.

• Coordinate with department heads/hiring managers to understand manpower

requirements.

• Maintain recruitment MIS, reports, and candidate databases.

• Support employee engagement, documentation, and HR operations as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in the real estate industry.

• Strong knowledge of job portals, recruitment channels, and networking.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or a related field preferred.

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
