Human Resources Specialist

This is an on-site full-time role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Vadodara. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing HR policies and programs, recruitment, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management. Your daily tasks will include contacting potential candidates for hiring purposes, implementing HR management strategies, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. To excel in this role, you should possess Human Resources (HR) skills, recruitment skills, experience in HR management and developing HR policies, knowledge of employee benefits and personnel management, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Experience in the outsourcing industry is a plus.
