Your Role

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
• Support payroll, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.
• Help organize team activities, engagement initiatives, and performance reviews.
• Act as a point of contact for employees on basic HR queries.

What We’re Looking For

• 6 months to 1 year of HR experience (internships count too).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and MS Office/HR tools.
• Someone proactive, approachable, and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment.
