As a Human Resources Manager (Strategist) at Relinns, you will play a vital role in developing an overarching human resources strategy that not only enhances profitability and employee engagement but also fosters the growth of the company and contributes to building a strong company culture. Your responsibilities will encompass various facets of HR management, talent acquisition, performance appraisal systems, employee retention strategies, and company culture management. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or higher degree in any field and exhibit exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in HRM software and MS Office is essential, along with outstanding organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a creative mindset backed by data-driven analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Your role will require you to forge and manage interpersonal relationships across all levels of the organization, architect strategic initiatives, demonstrate leadership skills, and drive results through a people-oriented and results-driven approach. In your capacity as a Human Resources Manager at Relinns, you will be involved in core HR functions, talent management, recruitment strategy formulation, HR process standardization, performance appraisal system implementation, employee engagement initiatives, and company culture development. You will collaborate with business teams to ensure effective talent management, implement controls for critical HR processes, and continuously improve HR policies and processes. Coaching managers and team leads, fostering a positive work environment, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives will be key aspects of your role. Furthermore, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring training and development programs, engaging with cross-functional team leads for recruitment and training plans, and overseeing HR admin activities. Mentoring and guiding both the talent acquisition team and members of the HR team will be integral to your role at Relinns.
