Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing various HR functions including the development and implementation of HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Experience with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
