Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Telesales Representative located on-site in Jaipur. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer support, and driving sales through phone interactions. Day-to-day tasks will include communicating with potential customers, understanding their needs, providing product information, training new team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Experience in Customer Support and Sales
• Ability to train and onboard new team members
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Proficiency in using CRM software and telephony systems
• Previous experience in a telesales role is a plus
