Telesales Representative

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Maintain strong follow-up with leads and convert them into sales.
• Explain gemstone benefits, product specifications, pricing, and certification details.
• Record customer interactions and maintain CRM updates.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to increase repeat sales.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in

  English and Hindi

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Confident, energetic, and comfortable handling sales pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge (Social media, WhatsApp, email handling).
• Ability to understand customer needs and offer the right solutions.

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of telesales or customer service experience (preferred).
• Freshers with great communication skills are also welcome.
• Must be comfortable working from the office, 6 days/week.
