Telesales Representative

Sales & Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls for sales, order assistance, and product-related queries.
• Convert inbound leads into successful sales and upsell relevant products.
• Provide professional support to US-based customers through calls, chat, and emails.
• Explain clothing sizing, fabric details, returns/exchange policies, and product recommendations.
• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking, cancellations, returns, and replacements.
• Coordinate with internal team for order issues, delivery updates, or escalations.
• Manage CRM updates, customer notes, and follow-ups.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and brand experience.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues with a solution-oriented approach.
• Build long-term customer relationships through proactive communication.
• Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions.
• Prepare daily/weekly call and sales reports.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service + Telesales

• Must have worked directly with an International Clothing/Apparel Brand (US preferred)

• Excellent spoken English with a clear and confident tone
• Strong understanding of US clothing sizes, product types, and customer expectations
• Experience handling US customers in night shifts
• Strong sales mindset and ability to upsell
• Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused
• Good multitasking and problem-solving abilities
