Telesales Representative

As a Telesales Representative at our company, your role will involve prospecting and qualifying leads through research, referrals, and cold calling. You will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls to generate interest, qualify leads, and close sales. Building and nurturing relationships with potential and existing customers, presenting product/service value, meeting sales targets, and maintaining accurate records are key aspects of your job. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect and qualify leads through research, referrals, and cold calling. - Make a high volume of outbound calls to generate interest and close sales. - Build and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales opportunities. - Present product/service value effectively and handle objections. - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data in CRM system. Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of telesales experience in a similar industry. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Resilience, adaptability, and positive attitude. - Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales tools.
