Telesales Representative – Vedic Crystals (Office-Based, Faridabad) Location: Sector 45, Faridabad (Office-based role) Working Days: 6 days a week Industry: Gemstones, Rudraksha & Spiritual Wellness Company: Vedic Crystals – A trusted brand for 100% natural and certified gemstones About the Role Vedic Crystals is looking for a confident and energetic Telesales Representative to join our office in Faridabad. The role involves handling incoming calls , making outgoing sales calls , and guiding customers interested in gemstones, Rudraksha, and astrological remedies. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, this role is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide detailed product information. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Maintain strong follow-up with leads and convert them into sales. Explain gemstone benefits, product specifications, pricing, and certification details. Record customer interactions and maintain CRM updates. Build long-term relationships with customers to increase repeat sales. Required Skills Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi . Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Confident, energetic, and comfortable handling sales pressure. Basic computer knowledge (Social media, WhatsApp, email handling). Ability to understand customer needs and offer the right solutions. Eligibility Minimum 6 months to 2 years of telesales or customer service experience (preferred). Freshers with great communication skills are also welcome. Must be comfortable working from the office, 6 days/week.
