Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader, located in Jaipur. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, manage and motivate the team, ensure project timelines are met, maintain quality standards, and collaborate with different departments. The role involves coordinating workflow, solving operational issues, and ensuring adherence to safety and efficiency guidelines.

• Knowledge of woodworking techniques and craftsmanship
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain high-quality standards and ensure safety protocols
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the woodworking or furniture industry is a plus
