The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR records, developing and implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. The role includes day-to-day tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The specialist will also support employee relations and foster a positive work environment.
