Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate orientation sessions and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Foster a positive work culture through engagement activities and feedback mechanisms.
  • HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
  • Assist with payroll inputs and statutory documentation.
  • Performance Management & Training

  • Support managers in performance appraisal processes.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
  • Policy Development & Implementation

  • Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Communicate HR initiatives effectively across the organization.
