Description

We are seeking a dynamic and people-oriented Human Resources Associate to support HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement for our diverse team across India & overseas.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or early-career professional with excellent communication skills, a strong interest in human resources, and a passion for working in a multicultural environment. You will play a key role in supporting global HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations

· Assist in maintaining employee data, attendance, and leave records.

· Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience.

· Coordinate HR documentation, benefits administration, and compliance activities.

· Collaborate with the finance team for payroll inputs and updates.

2. Recruitment & Talent Support

· Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.

· Manage candidate records and recruitment workflows.

· Assist in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.

3. Employee Engagement

· Plan and execute employee engagement, recognition, and wellness initiatives.

· Coordinate internal communication and feedback programs.

· Support organization-wide events and team-building activities across different geographies.

4. HR Support & Coordination

· Work closely with HR leadership to implement HR initiatives aligned with company culture and values.

· Assist in preparing reports and HR analytics.

· Collaborate effectively with team members across the world.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.

· 0–2 years of HR experience (internship or project experience is a plus).

· Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

· Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.

· Ability to work effectively in a global and cross-cultural environment.
