Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Specialist. The position involves managing recruitment efforts, onboarding processes, and employee support. The specialist will also oversee compliance with HR policies, maintain personnel records, assist in implementing HR strategies, and address staff-related queries. Effective communication with team members and stakeholders will be a core responsibility in this role.

Qualifications

• Human resources expertise, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for employee engagement and conflict resolution
• Organizational and administrative abilities to manage records and HR processes efficiently
• Proficiency in HR tools, software, and reporting
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Experience in onsite work environment coordination is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus
