The initiative is dedicated to empowering buyers through collective unity and creating opportunities for individuals to access better deals and opportunities. The organization emphasizes community-driven efforts to create a positive and impactful economic difference for its members.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder based in New Delhi. The Co-Founder will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s vision, driving strategy, and leading key initiatives to achieve the organization’s mission. Responsibilities include overseeing business development, managing operations, fostering partnerships, developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies, and leading research projects to continuously innovate and adapt to the needs of the community.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate data, identify trends, and create actionable strategies
Excellent Communication skills, including both verbal and written proficiency, with the ability to inspire and collaborate effectively
Experience in Sales and Marketing, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to drive customer acquisition
Capability to lead and conduct Research for informed decision-making and innovative solutions
Entrepreneurial mindset, visionary leadership, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet goals
Previous experience in a leadership or co-founding role is a plus
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
