Role Description

Ahmedabad

Key responsibilities include strengthening employer branding, managing recruitment pipelines, conducting interviews, and partnering closely with internal stakeholders to align hiring strategies with business objectives. The role demands strong coordination, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Conduct preliminary screenings and structured interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements
• Build and maintain a strong employer brand
• Manage recruitment pipelines and track progress using ATS tools
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong experience in full lifecycle recruiting
• Proven expertise in hiring and interviewing techniques
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
