Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Vadodara. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR functions including developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, managing personnel records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks will also include handling employee relations, conducting recruitment and onboarding processes, and supporting the development of HR strategies to meet organizational goals.

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Payroll and Attendance Management
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in an on-site HR role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
