Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. 4. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively sourcing passive candidates. 5. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers. 6. Foster positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
