Key Responsibilities: 1. Contribute to All Phases of the Development Lifecycle: Be involved from concept and design right through to testing. Review, Test, and Debug Code: Help us squash bugs and ensure our applications run smoother than a freshly ironed kurta. 4. Participate in Agile-Scrum Development: Collaborate in sprints and stand-ups don't worry, no actual sprinting required. 6. Communicate Effectively: Share your ideas and listen to others. Good communication is key. Technical Skills: Experience: 2+ years with Java: It's more than just coffee to you. Full Stack Proficiency: Comfortable on both front-end and back-end. Java Frameworks: Proficient in Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Spring REST. ORM Technologies: Familiar with Spring Data JPA, Hibernate/JDBC. Databases and Servers: Experience with MySQL, Apache, Jetty. Basic understanding of UI/UX design. Front-End Skills: Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery, React.js. DevOps Practices: Experience with CI/CD pipelines. Tools: Proficient with GitLab, Jenkins, Maven, and Linux. Application Development: Experience developing desktop and mobile applications.
