Human Resources Recruiter

Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle and help us build a strong, skilled workforce. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across technical and non-technical roles. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions. Identify hiring needs by collaborating with department heads and managers. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist potential candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams. Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding formalities. Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate pipeline. Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates. Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, etc.). Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 0-1 years of experience in recruitment (IT or Non-IT). Strong understanding of hiring processes and candidate assessment techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines. Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Good negotiation and relationship-building skills. Preferred Skills (Optional) Experience hiring for IT roles. Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting. Familiarity with HR policies, onboarding, and documentation.
