Human Resources Recruiter

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition and eager to grow in the HR field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Support in drafting job descriptions and posting openings across platforms.
• Assist in the onboarding process and documentation for new hires.
• Maintain good communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
• Collaborate with team members on other HR and administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR functions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Internship or short-term experience in recruitment/HR will be an added advantage.
