We are expanding our team and looking for a driven and experienced BPO Vendor Recruiter to manage our high-volume hiring needs through our staffing partners.​Job Summary​We are seeking a results-oriented BPO Vendor Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our recruitment vendors, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to meet our aggressive hiring targets. Your ability to manage vendor relationships, track performance, and drive results will be key to our success.​Key Responsibilities​🤝 Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple recruitment agencies (vendors).​🎯 Target Achievement: Drive vendor performance to ensure weekly and monthly hiring quotas are met consistently.​📊 Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate quality, offer-to-joining ratio).​🔍 Quality Control: Screen and validate candidate profiles submitted by vendors to ensure they meet our specific requirements and quality standards.​🔄 Process Coordination: Coordinate interview drives and facilitate the selection process between vendors, candidates, and internal hiring managers.​📈 Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports for management.​🗣️ Escalation Handling: Act as the first point of contact for all vendor-related escalations and queries.​Required Skills & Qualifications​Experience: Proven experience (1-3+ years) in high-volume recruitment, ideally within the BPO industry.​Vendor Handling: Direct experience managing recruitment vendors or working in an RPO setup is highly preferred.​Skills:​Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.​Strong stakeholder management capabilities.​Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.​Highly organized and detail-oriented.​Proficient in MS Excel for tracking and reporting.​Location: Candidates must be comfortable commuting to Malad.​Schedule: Must be willing to work a 6-day week.​What We Offer​Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.​A fast-paced and energetic work environment.​Significant opportunities for career growth within a leading organization.
