Roles & Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), and APIs. • Customize and configure Salesforce CRM to meet business requirements. • Integrate Salesforce with other platforms and third-party applications. • Maintain data quality and integrity within the Salesforce environment. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. • Perform system administration tasks, including user setup, roles, profiles, and security settings. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless operation. • Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer (1–10 years preferred). • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL. • Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration tools. • Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. • Salesforce Developer or Platform Developer certification is a plus. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
