Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic HR Manager to join our team in Cochin. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of managing the full spectrum of human resources functions. Key Responsibilities Full Life Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Legal Compliance & Statutory Requirements: Ensure all HR practices comply with current labor laws and regulatory requirements. Employee KPI Management: Design, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicators to enhance productivity and accountability. Employee Engagement & Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture and handle conflict resolution and employee grievances. HR Policies & Documentation: Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and documentation as per organizational goals. Training & Development: Coordinate skill development programs and performance improvement plans. Payroll Coordination: Oversee salary processing, attendance, and leave management. Requirements Proven experience in an HR managerial role. Exceptional communication and leadership skills – mandatory. Sound knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices. Ability to work under pressure and take on challenging responsibilities. A degree in Human Resource Management or related field is preferred.
