About the Role You will lead Wartens' digital media initiatives, ensuring our presence is not only visible but impactful across platforms. This role demands strong leadership, an analytical mind, and a creator’s spirit. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end digital marketing across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms Own lead generation strategies and constantly refine for performance Develop standout video content, graphics, and animations for campaigns Supervise and optimize SEO and Google Marketing Platform (GMP) efforts Stay updated on trends, tools, and innovations in digital media Manage and mentor a team of media professionals Take full ownership of campaigns — from concept to execution Work proactively and independently while aligning with company goals Must-Have Skills Minimum 3 years of experience in digital media/marketing Proven leadership experience and ability to manage a team effectively Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads Strong video editing, graphic design, and animation skills Advanced knowledge of SEO best practices and digital analytics tools Familiarity with GMP tools and digital campaign optimization Creative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility Strong self-initiative and ability to work without micro-management What We Offer A vibrant, collaborative, and idea-driven workspace Opportunities to grow with a fast-evolving, innovative team Competitive salary: Starting from ₹35,000/month Performance & annual bonuses Health insurance, life insurance, and provident fund Flexible working hours across Day, Evening, Night, and UK shifts Apply Now If you’re ready to make a digital impact and lead with passion we’d love to meet you!
