What You’ll Do Lead & Manage: Oversee and inspire a team of 10+ high-performing sales and marketing professionals. Strategy Development: Design and execute scalable business development plans aligned with our growth objectives. Lead Generation: Spearhead innovative campaigns to generate high-quality leads across the UK and global markets. Revenue Growth: Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets through client acquisition, partnerships, and upselling. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, training, and technical teams to align offerings with market needs. Reporting: Monitor KPIs and generate actionable insights to support continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in business development, sales leadership, or strategy roles (preferably in EdTech, industrial training, or technical services). Demonstrated ability to lead and scale teams of 10 or more. Strong grasp of UK market dynamics and the ability to operate effectively in UK time zones. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills. Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution. Prior exposure to automation/technical training sectors is a plus.
