About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to help shape and support our growing team. In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to leadership and employees alike—guiding day-to-day HR operations while helping us build a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.


This is more than just a policy and process role—you’ll be at the heart of our people strategy, helping individuals grow while ensuring the organization scales responsibly and ethically.


What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.


Collaborate with leadership to ensure our HR strategies support broader business goals.


Create and maintain clear, effective HR policies that reflect our values and comply with relevant laws.


Support managers and employees with thoughtful guidance on everything from conflict resolution to career development.


Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they remain fair, competitive, and well-communicated.


Drive initiatives that strengthen our culture, support employee engagement, and promote diversity and inclusion.


Analyze HR data and trends to inform decisions and improve processes.


Manage employee feedback processes and help turn insights into meaningful action.


What We’re Looking For:

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications like SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR are a plus).


5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.


A strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.


Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.


Experience working with HR systems (HRIS) and data analytics tools.


A high level of integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence.


Someone who genuinely cares about people, culture, and doing the right thing.
