Job Overview:

HR Manager

What We’re Looking For:

Proven HR experience in the Apparel/Retail industry
Strong knowledge of Indian Labor Laws
Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment & onboarding
Employee engagement & relations
Payroll & statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity)
Ensuring labor law, factory & retail compliance
Performance management & policy implementation

Requirements:

Experience:
4-7 years in HR, preferably in the Apparel or Retail industry
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of Indian Labor Laws, factory & retail compliance
Skills:
