Job Title: HR Manager cum Executive Assistant


Location: Remote

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)

Working Hours: 12:30 PM – 10:00 PM IST

Experience : 4 to 7 years

Budget : 35k to 42k pm as per the experience

Mode: Work from Home (must have own laptop and high-speed internet connection)


About the Role:


We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dynamic HR Manager cum Executive Assistant to handle end-to-end HR operations and provide executive-level support to the company directors. The ideal candidate will act as a single point of contact (SPOC) between employees and management while ensuring smooth HR functioning and professional client communication.


Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Generalist Activities


Manage complete HR operations, including payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.


Oversee end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.


Maintain employee records, handle performance reviews, and support employee engagement initiatives.


Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals.


Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure smooth communication across teams.


Conduct exit interviews and manage the full employee lifecycle documentation.


Executive Assistant Responsibilities


Coordinate and attend meetings with Directors; prepare minutes and follow up on action items.


Assist Directors in planning, scheduling, and managing daily operational and strategic tasks.


Draft, review, and send proposals, presentations, and correspondence to clients and stakeholders.


Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure professional representation of the management.


Manage calendars, appointments, and communication flow effectively.


Client & Communication Management


Serve as a point of contact for client communication and coordination.


Draft professional emails, proposals, and business documents with high-quality written English.


Represent the company in client meetings when required and ensure professional follow-ups.


Conduct interviews and discussions fluently in English with potential candidates and clients.


Requirements:


Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


4–8 years of proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, and executive assistance.


Strong knowledge of payroll management, HR policies, and statutory compliance.


Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal.


Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.


Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.


Must have a personal laptop and a reliable internet connection.


Ability to work independently in a remote setup with professionalism and accountability.
