Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region with flexibility for some work from home. The Human Resources Manager will handle end-to-end HR operations, manage recruitment and onboarding processes, oversee employee engagement initiatives, and ensure compliance with organizational policies. Additional responsibilities include developing HR strategies, managing performance evaluations, supporting professional development, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement strategies
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and performance management
• Skills in conflict resolution, employee relations, and leadership development
• Proficiency in HR software and tools for managing processes and data
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in creating professional development plans and fostering training programs
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certifications such as SHRM-CP/PHR are an advantage
